All packing materials are provided as part of our service. We use appropriate materials for different item types: bubble wrap for fragile items, packing paper for dishes and glassware, wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes, and specialized boxes for electronics.
Inventory Documentation
Every packed box is documented in an inventory system. This serves multiple purposes: tracking during transport, insurance documentation, and helping you locate specific items if needed before full unpacking.
Special Item Handling
Valuable or fragile items receive special attention. Artwork, mirrors, and delicate objects can be custom-crated when necessary. Electronics are packed with their cables organized and labeled for easy reconnection.
Furniture Protection
Furniture is wrapped with protective blankets and plastic wrap to prevent scratches and damage during transport. Legs and protruding parts are padded or removed when appropriate for safer handling.

Furniture Placement
Before moving day, we discuss and agree on furniture placement using your new home's floor plan. On arrival, furniture goes directly to these predetermined locations. This eliminates the common problem of heavy furniture placed temporarily then needing to be moved again.
Bed Assembly & Making
Beds are fully assembled and made with your bedding. This ensures you can sleep comfortably your first night without searching for sheets or assembling bed frames after an exhausting moving day.
Kitchen Organization
Kitchen unpacking goes beyond just removing items from boxes. We organize dishes in cabinets, utensils in drawers, and pantry items on shelves. The kitchen is set up ready for you to cook your first meal.
Closet Assembly & Organization
If your new home has closets requiring assembly, we handle this. Hanging rods are installed, shelving assembled, and your clothing is hung or folded appropriately. You don't need to live out of boxes while gradually organizing closets.
Bathroom Setup

Decorative items, artwork, and personal touches are placed thoughtfully. We don't just unpack these items—we position them to make your new house feel like home immediately.
Material Removal
All packing materials, boxes, bubble wrap, and moving supplies are completely removed from your home. We don't leave you with piles of cardboard to deal with.
What's Included vs. What's Not
Included in Our Service
Our comprehensive service includes everything needed to deliver a functional, organized home. This means all packing materials, labor for packing and unpacking, professional transport with insurance, furniture placement according to agreed plan, basic assembly of beds and closets, connection of standard appliances, organization of kitchen and bathrooms, and complete removal of all packing materials.
The service also includes pre-move consultation and planning, floor plan review and furniture placement agreement, inventory documentation, property protection during the move, and a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction.
Service Limitations
While our service is comprehensive, there are boundaries. We don't provide complex electrical work, plumbing modifications, wall mounting requiring drilling into concrete, or professional home theater installation. We handle basic connections and setup, but specialized technical work beyond standard moving services would require separate contractors.
We also don't provide cleaning services beyond basic tidying after unpacking, interior design consultation beyond functional furniture placement, or long-term storage solutions. Our focus is on the complete relocation and setup process itself.

If you have specific needs beyond our standard service, discuss these during the initial consultation. Some special requests can be accommodated, while others might require coordination with specialized service providers. We're happy to advise on what's feasible within our service scope.
Timeline Expectations
Move duration depends on home size and complexity. A one-bedroom apartment typically completes in one day. Larger homes may require two days—one for packing and transport, another for complete unpacking and setup. We provide clear timeline estimates during consultation.
The goal is always the same: you sleeping comfortably in your new home the first night with everything functional and organized. This timeline commitment drives our planning and execution.
