Pricing and Payment
Our pricing is based on apartment size and service scope as agreed in the service agreement. Payment terms will be specified in your individual agreement. Prices include all services described unless otherwise noted. Additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Service dates are scheduled by mutual agreement. If you need to cancel or reschedule:
- Notice requirements and any applicable fees will be specified in your service agreement
- We will work with you to find alternative dates when possible
- Cancellation policies vary based on timing and circumstances
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful service delivery, clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about belongings and requirements
- Ensuring access to both current and new locations
- Coordinating with building management for necessary permissions
- Disclosing any items requiring special handling
- Being available at agreed times for consultation and walkthrough
Insurance and Liability
All moves include insurance coverage as detailed in your service agreement. Our liability is limited to the coverage terms specified. We are not liable for:
- Damage to items not packed by our team (unless caused by our negligence)
- Pre-existing damage to belongings
- Items of extraordinary value not declared in advance
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
Service Limitations
Our services do not include:
- Complex electrical or plumbing work beyond standard connections
- Professional installation requiring specialized licenses
- Cleaning services beyond basic tidying after unpacking
- Long-term storage solutions
- Services requiring permits we cannot obtain
